Currently, no products on the website/store are eligible for refunds. In case of any unusual errors or issues in accessing the digital product, kindly contact us at director@sarvam-arts.com.
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment within a stipulated timeline of 5-7 working days from the date of initiation of refund.
