Shipping Policy
All domestic and international orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order. Domestic orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. International orders are delivered within 10-15 working days from the date of dispatch.
However, unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated time period), you can contact us at director@sarvam-arts.com.
At Sarvam Arts Private Limited, we take great care in delivering your products to you. To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we partner only with reputed national couriers.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, traffic, and strikes, etc.
Address change will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if the new location is within the same state.
As soon as your package ships, the shipment tracking information will be available on the website.
